1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the LaserCompare.eu web portal ("Portal"), operated by:

2. Purpose of the Portal
The Portal serves as an independent information and comparison tool for laser cutting machines from HSG Laser, LD Laser and Acme. It enables users to filter, compare and submit non-binding inquiries. The Portal is not an e-shop and does not offer direct purchasing.
3. User
A User is any natural or legal person who accesses the Portal and uses its services. By using the Portal, the User agrees to these Terms.
4. Services Provided
- Comparison of laser cutting machine specifications
- Filtering machines by power, type, material and other criteria
- Submitting non-binding inquiries for price quotes
- Facilitating contact with the dealer (Kovobel s.r.o.)
5. Information on the Portal
Machine information (technical parameters, descriptions, recommendations) is indicative and non-binding. The Operator does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Binding parameters and sales conditions are provided directly by the machine dealer. The Operator is not liable for decisions made by Users based on information from the Portal.
6. Inquiries and Contact Processing
By submitting the inquiry form, the User consents to transferring the provided data to Kovobel s.r.o. for the purpose of preparing a non-binding price quote. The Operator does not share data with third parties beyond this purpose. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All Portal content (texts, graphics, design, source code, machine database) is protected by copyright and is the property of the Operator. Any copying, reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Operator is not liable for:
- Unavailability or interruption of Portal services
- Damages caused by the use of information from the Portal
- Content of third-party websites linked from the Portal
- Quality, price or availability of machines presented on the Portal
9. Amendments
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the Portal with the effective date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court at the Operator's registered office.
