No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as data processing is not the core activity of the Controller and personal data is not processed on a large scale.

3. Purpose of Processing
- Responding to inquiries and preparing price quotes
- Facilitating contact between User and dealer (Kovobel s.r.o.)
- Improving Portal quality and functionality
- Fulfilling legal obligations
4. Data Recipients
Personal data from the inquiry form is shared with Kovobel s.r.o. solely for the purpose of preparing a price quote. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Anonymized analytical data may be processed by analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics).
5. Retention Period
- Inquiry data: 3 years from submission, unless a contract is concluded (then per statutory requirements)
- Analytics data: up to 26 months
- Cookies: per type (see Cookie Policy)
6. Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access – learn what data we process about you
- Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure – request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction – request restriction of processing under certain conditions
- Portability – receive your data in a structured format
- Object – object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Lodge a complaint – with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk)

7. Data Security
The Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Communication with the Portal is encrypted via HTTPS.
8. International Data Transfers
When using analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics), anonymized data may be transferred to the USA based on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.
9. Changes
The Controller reserves the right to update this document. The current version is always available on this page.
